The house is located in the historic center of the town of Cosio d'Arroscia, a characteristic village of Romanesque origins with late medieval buildings located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps and only half an hour away from the Imperia sea.
The house overlooks the town square, can be reached by car and a large public car park is only 30 meters from the front door.
The building is independent from the foundations to the roof and is arranged on three levels.

The house is made bright thanks to its southern exposure and overlooking the large square, therefore having no building in front.
The perimeter walls of the house are solid, but otherwise it requires total renovation.
