Recently renovated stone house

The house is located in the historic center of the village of Ormea, a short walk from all shops and next to a pizzeria, post office, and public parking.
The house has a separate entrance on the ground floor and is accessible directly from the village street.
An internal stone staircase leads to the first floor. The kitchen has vaulted ceilings and is divided into a kitchenette and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Next to the kitchenette is a guest bathroom.
The internal staircase, which was rebuilt from scratch, leads to the second floor. The bedroom is tiled in porcelain stoneware and has exposed wood-paneled walls.
The master bathroom is spacious and has a window and shower.
The new internal wooden staircase continues to the third floor, where there is a large bedroom completely paneled in wood, a walk-in closet, and a small balcony.
On the ground floor, beneath the kitchen and with an external entrance from the street, is a spacious, dry cellar with a vaulted ceiling.
The house was completely renovated in 2016.
