In Acquetico, a hamlet of the municipality of Pieve di Teco, we offer a semi-detached house spread over three levels, with two open sides and a panoramic terrace.

The centre of Pieve di Teco, with all its shops and services, is approximately 5 minutes away by car, while the beaches of Imperia/Alassio are around 30 kilometres away.

Heating is yet to be installed — on the ground floor a ducted fireplace is available for heating that level, however the upper floors have no heating system. The very sunny position of the property allows for the installation of solar panels with heat pumps.
