The rustic house is located in the Cappello di Garessio hamlet, more precisely in Borgata Sarezzo, at about 1200 meters above sea level in a sunny and panoramic position.

The road to access the hamlet is asphalted, the last 50 meters to reach the building instead, are dirt roads but can be easily traveled with any car.

It is a rustic house free on two sides and arranged on two levels.

There are two independent entrances, both at the front.

The structure is solid and the roof was completely redone a few years ago.

The interiors are rough and need complete renovation but thanks to the size it is possible to obtain large spaces.

The electricity and the connection to the aqueduct are practically in front but the building currently does not have them.

The land owned measures about 800 square meters and is semi-flat.

inside there is an artesian well where the water still arrives.
