House in a sunny and panoramic location

The property is located in the Ottano district of the municipality of Pornassio, a hill town located at the foot of the Ligurian Alps and surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, which is about 30 kilometers from Imperia and the Ligurian Sea.
It is a portion of a house that is spread over three floors, from the bottom to the roof.
Access to the house is through a shared balcony located on the ground floor, where there is the entrance to the private internal stairwell that leads to the first floor where the living area is located. Finally, on the ground floor there is a storage room and the bathroom of the house, which has a window and a bathtub.
The first floor consists of four rooms. The kitchen and living room are open and directly communicating with each other. The living area is exposed to the sun and has a window that extends across an entire external wall and has access to the balcony, which runs along the entire facade and from which you can see the valley below and the mountain peaks.
There are two bedrooms. The master bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen and overlooks the back of the house, while the second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is accessible from the stairwell.
The house can be heated via the heating system with cast iron radiators that are currently powered by the thermocooker.
The house is functional and still used in the summer but the systems and finishes date back to the 1960s.
